Northcote Park in Langho is an exclusive, luxury development of seven 2 & 3 bedroom houses and bungalows, all featuring stunning views of the beautiful Ribble Valley scenery.
The concept for this brand and brochure was inspired by the idea that the houses within this development combined both traditional English character with the best of modern luxury. The branding is also loosely inspired by the name 'Northcote' which comes from Old English and means north and shelter.
Columba's Gardens, a haven for later living, is a residential development of seventeen 1 & 2 bedroom Extra Care apartments for sale in Bolton, specifically for the over 55s.
I produced a soft, warm and inviting brand and printed brochure for this development, inspired by the landscaped gardens that would become a central part of the development. The brochure for this development had to be clean, clear and easy to read for the target audience, while still retaining the friendly feeling of being a 'haven'.
St Anne's Place is a development of sixteen 3 bedroom houses and eighteen 3 bedroom apartments in Audenshaw, Greater Manchester, for first time buyers.
For this brand and brochure I was tasked with creating a contemporary and young look and feel, which also made reference to the location being rural but within easy reach of urban areas.
The brand I created used bold colours with a logo made from simple leaf shapes, which was then reflected in the leaf image details throughout the brochure.
Pennine Court is a development of fifteen 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in the leafy area of Heaton Norris, between Stockport and Manchester.
I was tasked for this brand with producing an identity and brochure which would attract both families and young professionals, with the idea that something new and exciting was being built within that area. I created a flexible brick inspired logo and design feature to symbolise this sneak peek of what's being built here.
