Tastily, a meal subscription service that prides itself on supplying fresh and nutritious chef made meals, was struggling with an out of date website that no longer reflected the customer experience they deliver. The brand had recently undergone a major redesign of their packaging and were looking to develop this same look and feel across more of their customer touchpoints, while improving the customer journey and increasing retention rates.

A new design solution for their Shopify website, focusing on showcasing their rotating weekly menu, and restructuring the customer portal area

Lead Creative - leading creative development of new Shopify website design and customer flow, plus development of always-on and Black Friday campaign performance creatives
Solution
A new subscription website design which focused on simplifying and streamlining the ordering process, using simple layouts and white space to keep the vibrant brand photography as the hero content, paired with touches of the colourful patterns used on the new packaging designs to extend the customer experience and bring coherence between their digital presence and their new packaging.
