Brief & challenge
Joy is a new social prescribing platform currently being introduced across the UK to assist GPs with supporting patients with non-medical concerns. It acts as a signposting website for finding local activities, groups, and support, ranging from walking groups and social clubs to debt advice and counselling. 
NHS Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland wanted to take a different approach to other NHS trusts and launch the platform directly to the general public with an integrated creative campaign.
Deliverables
A 4 week creative campaign for Out of Home and digital to bring Joy to market
My Role
Lead Creative - overseeing all ideation & concept generation, campaign creative direction, project management of all deliverables
Solution
Creation of personas that represent different use cases for the platform, such as looking for new hobbies, navigating menopause, or searching for anxiety support, emphasising the breadth of options a user could find through Joy.
